XsunX Field of Use definition

XsunX Field of Use means the business of developing and commercializing semi-transparent and opaque solar cells and photovoltaic technologies, solar cell panels, and methods of manufacture.

  • Consultant's obligations for performance of services hereunder shall be limited to the completion of the consultation and services described above in accordance with the Business of XsunX and the XsunX Field of Use.

  • The purpose of the technology sharing set forth herein is to allow XsunX to develop commercially viable semi-transparent solar cells and photovoltaic glazing products or processes for licensesure to third parties for use in applications and products within the XsunX Field of Use and the development of the Business of XsunX.

  • Consultant shall provide such services incident thereto as may be necessary from time to time which services shall include, without limitation, providing the Company with his best efforts and technical expertise in advising the Company in the areas of research & development, process development, planning, product specifications, third party technical and resource requirements, scheduling, and management of developing intellectual assets pertaining to the Business of XsunX and the XsunX Field of Use.

  • The License shall be exclusive as to technology pertaining to XsunX Field of Use and the Business of XsunX as defined herein.

Related to XsunX Field of Use

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • Field of Use means all fields of use.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.

  • Exclusive Field means the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any cancer in humans through the use of Engineered T-Cells, which shall exclude the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of medullary cystic kidney disease 1 regardless of whether such disease is characterized as a cancer.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, Product IP, and Licensor’s rights in the Program IP and Joint Patents.

  • Fields of Use means UltraTemp, Ceris or Ceros technology for the transportation or appliance gas ignition markets.

  • Third Party Technology means all Intellectual Property and products owned by third parties and licensed pursuant to Third Party Licenses.

  • Licensed Know-How means all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Pfizer or any of its Affiliates as of the effective date of the Pfizer-MPP Agreement, (b) directly relates to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product in the Field, and (c) is not in the public domain or otherwise generally known. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Licensed Know-How shall not include any Know-How to the extent solely and directly related to any other Pfizer compound or to the extent related to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product outside the Field and (ii) Licensed Know-How includes only that Know-How, designated by Pfizer in its sole discretion, necessary for the manufacture, registration and commercialization of the Compound and/or Licensed Product for use in the Field. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • Light field means that area of the intersection of the light beam from the beam-limiting device and one of the set of planes parallel to and including the plane of the image receptor, whose perimeter is the locus of points at which the illumination is one-fourth of the maximum in the intersection.

  • Licensed IP means the Intellectual Property owned by any person other than the Corporation and to which the Corporation has a license which has not expired or been terminated;

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of Xxxxxx Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Exclusive Territory means (1) the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana; and

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • Competing Product means [***].

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.
