XXXX Fees definition

XXXX Fees means the fees described as "XXXX fees" or "XXXX Transaction Service Fees" in the Pricing Policy and Pricing Schedule.

Examples of XXXX Fees in a sentence

  • XXXX shall only process such transactions provided that there is sufficient balance on the XXXX Wallet to pay for the Purchase Price of the Security (in the event of a buy order) and the the XXXX Fees & Charges.

Related to XXXX Fees

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.
