Xxxxxx Credit Agreement definition

Xxxxxx Credit Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement dated as of even date herewith among Bank of America, as Administrative Agent, Xxxxxx and the Lenders from time to time party thereto.

Xxxxxx Credit Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 16, 2005 (as heretofore amended) among the Borrower, the guarantors parties thereto, and Xxxxxx X.X., which has been assigned by Xxxxxx X.X. to the Lender or an Affiliate of the Lender.
