Xxxxxxx Investors means (i) each of Xxxxx X Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, (ii) any trust for the direct or indirect benefit of any of the individuals referred to in clause (i) and (iii) any Person more than 50% of the Equity Interests of which is owned or controlled by any of the individuals referred to in clause (i), including MSI 2011 LLC and MG Family Limited Partnership.

Xxxxxxx Investors means Xxxxxxx US Discovery Fund III, L.P. and Xxxxxxx US Discovery Offshore Fund III, L.P., collectively.
