Your Software definition

Your Software means software owned or licensed by You, which software is compatible with AccessLink. You confirm having provided an accurate description of Your Software and how it uses AccessLink when accepting this AccessLink Limited License Agreement.
Your Software means your software that includes, links, references, accesses or otherwise uses the Redistributables and is written, modified, debugged or compiled by you or your employees, contractors or consultants.
Your Software means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are developed by or for You, the use of which software is governed by the applicable terms and conditions specified by such software.

Examples of Your Software in a sentence

  • Corporate Customers shall have the right to refer to Polar and its products to indicate interoperability between Your Software and Polar Ecosystem.

  • Your Software shall mean software owned or licensed by You, which software is compatible with AccessLink.

  • In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings: AccessLink shall mean the Polar AccessLink application programming interface, which enables transfer of certain data from Polar Ecosystem to other applications, including but not limited to Your Software.

  • You confirm having provided an accurate description of Your Software and how it uses AccessLink when accepting this AccessLink Limited License Agreement.

  • In the event You allow a term based license to lapse for whatever reason, and You subsequently wishes to reinstate, You will (a) pay a reinstatement fee equal to the sum of the amount You would have paid had You not allowed the license to lapse, and an amount equal to one additional year of license fees, and (b) apply all upgrades, enhancements and new releases to the Software needed to bring Your Software current with Tungsten’s most current supported version of the Software.


More Definitions of Your Software

Your Software means each and all of the following: (i) any change to Our Software developed by or for you under this License, and (ii) other software developed by or for you under this License using any application programming interfaces in Our Software.
Your Software means software developed by You, including all object code, source code, and any related documentation.
Your Software means software developed, owned or licensed by You that interoperates with an API or App.
Your Software means any software owned or licensed by you (including, but not limited to, applications, libraries and Arm API compliant plug-ins, but excluding Arm Software) which is supported by (or developed by you using) the Arm Tools.
Your Software means any software owned or managed by You that is required for the provision of the Managed Services.
Your Software means the software which is developed by you based on the contents of API and has linkage function to the Software.

Related to Your Software

  • Supplier Software means any software which is proprietary to the Supplier (or an Affiliate of the Supplier which is or will be used by the Supplier or any Sub‐Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services or is embedded in and in respect of such other software as required to be licensed in order for DFID to receive the benefit of and/or make use of the Services;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean ▇▇▇▇▇. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.
