Youth facility definition
Youth facility means a facility within this State used to house or provide services to children under P.L.1951, c.138 (C.30:4C-1 et seq.), including but not limited to group homes, residential facilities, day care centers, and day treatment centers.

Youth facility means any facility specifically intended for use by minors for educational or recreational activities, or for the provision of residential accommodation with board and personal care, including but not limited to preschools, schools and Children and Young Persons Homes.
