Adult Supervision. Youth functions must be attended by an approved number of adults. The sponsoring group of all dances and large parties must coordinate with the City Secretary/Mayor to assure proper supervision, which may include security. Participants must confine their activities to the facilities reserved.
Adult Supervision. Lessee shall provide adequate adult supervision over the conduct of all activities on the Premises.
Adult Supervision. User must designate representative adult(s) to be present during any and all practices and/or games for groups under the age of eighteen (18).

The Licensee, or the Licensee’s authorized agent if the Licensee is not an individual, must be 19 years of age or older and must remain in attendance at Rented Facility on the Rental Date and for the duration of the Rental Period. The Licensee must ensure reasonable adult supervision is provided at all times during the Rental Period.

The User Group must provide a minimum of 2 adult supervisors with at least one adult supervisor (defined as 18 years of age or older) for every 5 members ages 4-5; for every 6 members ages 6-8; for every 8 members ages 9-14; and for every 10 members ages 15-17. Adult supervisors must be present and supervising all activities of the group while on site. Adult supervisors are responsible for the behavior of their group.
Adult Supervision. If the Licensed Property is to be used by minors, Grantee shall provide appropriate adult supervision during their use of the Licensed Property, and such adult(s) shall cooperate with Grantor’s employees and other personnel necessary to conduct Grantee’s activity.
Adult Supervision. An Adult Guardian/Parent 21 years/older must remain in facility at all times during rental reservation with minor children.

No youth should be left alone at the complex without an adult, even if the youth is waiting for their ride. An adult must stay with the youth until they are picked up.
Adult Supervision. Hirers under the age of 18 years must have the application form referred to in Clause 1 completed by an adult who will be supervising the function. The person completing the application form and whose signature appears on the same is subject to these terms and conditions.
Adult Supervision. Renter must be in attendance at the Single Event at all times. One (1) person age 18 or over shall be present for the following: every ten (10) persons from the age of 14-18, every five (5) persons from the age of 8-13, and for every three (3) persons under the age of 8 attending the event. Minor children attending the event shall be subject to adult supervision at all times. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the Swimming Pool unattended by an adult.
