Los derechos y obligaciones en las Cláusulas 11 (Limitación de Responsabilidad), 12 (Confidencialidad), 13 (Propiedad Intelectual e Indemnización), 15 (Duración y Terminación) y 16 (Varios) y 17 (Ley Aplicable y Resolución de Disputas) y esta Cláusula 15, y otras disposiciones necesarias para ser invocadas más allá de la duración del Contrato (incluidas todas aquellas que prevén la limitación o la protección contra la responsabilidad de las Partes) sobrevivirán a la terminación, resolución o vencimiento de este Contrato. 15.8 Effect of Expiry or Termination. The rights and obligations in Clauses 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Confidentiality), 13 (Intellectual Property and Indemnity) 15 (Duration and Termination) and 16 (Miscellaneous) and 17 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) and this Clause 15, and other provisions necessary to be invoked beyond the duration of the Agreement (including all those providing for limitation of or protection against liability of the Parties) shall survive termination, cancellation or expiration of this Agreement.
