GUARANTEES TO BE GRANTED. (A) Without prejudice to the personal and unlimited liability of the Beneficiaries and the joint and several corporate guarantee of the Guarantors, and in order to ensure full and timely fulfilment of the Guaranteed Obligations, the Beneficiaries and Guarantors, as applicable, simultaneously establish in favour of the Fund, upon signature of this Agreement, and shall establish in favour of the Fund to guarantee fulfilment of the obligations to repay the Financial Support, together with the personal liability of the Applicants, the following personal and in rem guarantees (all referred to as the "Guarantees"):
