AMENDMENTS. 1. At any time after the entry into force of this Treaty, any State Party may propose amendments to this Treaty, the Protocol, or the Annexes to the Protocol. Any State Party may also propose changes, in accordance with paragraph 7, to the Protocol or the Annexes thereto. Proposals for amendments shall be subject to the procedures in paragraphs 2 to 6. Proposals for changes, in accordance with paragraph 7, shall be subject to the procedures in paragraph 8.

AMENDMENTS. 1. The Parties may amend this Agreement by common consent. The amendments shall be submitted to all Parties for approval.

AMENDMENTS. 15.1. Amendments to the Special Conditions shall take effect as of the date the amendments have been approved by both parties in accordance with the Section 9.1 of the Terms of Use.

  • Immateriaalioikeudet Teleyrityksen palveluihin ja tuotteisiin liittyvät immateriaalioikeudet kuuluvat teleyritykselle tai kolmannelle taholle. Teleyritys myöntää asiakkaalle rajoitetun käyttöoikeuden sopimuksen voimassaoloajaksi sopimuksen mukaiseen palveluun sekä sopimuksen perusteella toimitettujen ohjelmistojen konekielisiin versioihin ja asiakirjoihin. Palvelua ja sen yhteydessä käyttöoikeuksin luovutettuja laitteistoja, ohjelmistoja, asiakirjoja ja muuta aineistoa on käytettävä teleyrityksen tai kolmannen tahon, kuten ohjelmiston omistajan, antamien ohjeiden mukaisesti ja vain sovittuun tarkoitukseen. Käyttöoikeuden päättyessä teleyritys voi pyytää asiakasta palauttamaan tai hävittämään tämän muun aineiston ohjekirjat, muut asiakirjat tai ohjelmistot.
