APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE (GTP). These GTP are issued by Kalori and apply to all purchases by Kalori. No special terms, unless formally accepted in writing by Xxxxxx, may take precedence over these GTP. Any clause to the contrary introduced by the Supplier will, therefore, unless expressly accepted, be unenforceable against Xxxxxx, irrespective of when it was brought to the latter's attention. The Supplier shall comply with these GTP and ensure compliance by its own suppliers and subcontractors herewith.
