Hierarchy of contractual documents. When the Customer is a Seller, these GTCS supplement the GCMA. The present contractual relationship between Cdiscount Advertising and the Customer is governed by the following documents, presented in decreasing order of prevalence: - The GCMA, if applicable; - The Inclusion Order; - These GTCS. It is specified that when the Customer uses the Platform to manage Campaigns that are the subject of an Inclusion Order, the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform, which are available on the Platform, are deemed accepted by the Customer. Only these GTCS shall apply to such Inclusion Order, to the exclusion of the GTCS included on the Platform.
