Common use of Promotional campaigns Clause in Contracts

Promotional campaigns. Promotional campaigns can be organised within La Galerie by RUE DU COMMERCE and/or the Merchant Partner, under the following rules:  The Merchant Partner is free to decide to run promotional campaigns in relation to the Products it offers for sale in La Galerie. In this event, it undertakes to inform RUE DU COMMERCE accordingly in advance.  In order to stimulate La Galerie and improve the site’s pricing image, RUE DU COMMERCE may suggest to the Merchant Partner running joint promotional campaigns. The Merchant Partner is free to choose whether or not to take part in these campaigns. These promotional campaigns will lead to the signing of a Contract specifying the means of communication and of financing of this campaign by the two Parties.  Similarly, RUE DU COMMERCE may also decide at any time to organise general promotional campaigns applicable to La Galerie as a whole or to certain types of Products (e.g. discount code for the basket). These campaigns may apply to the Products sold by the Merchant Partner. The Merchant Partner accepts this capacity and, to that end, authorises RUE DU COMMERCE to grant promotional discounts.
