SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES. Orders placed with the Seller shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France. All disputes arising in connection with the sale and/or interpretation of these conditions of sale shall be exclusively submitted to the Commercial Court of Versailles.
