STUDIES AND PLANS. The studies, plans, designs, documents, catalogues, technical memos, diagrams and other documents provided or transmitted by the seller will remain the property of the latter; they may not be disclosed to third parties for any reason whatsoever by the buyer, unless with the seller's express, written consent. They are provided to the buyer for information purposes only.
