Common use of Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Interpretation. In this Agreement, a reference to a specified Article, Section or Schedule shall, except where stated otherwise in this Agreement, be construed as a reference to that specified Article or Section of, or Schedule to, this Agreement. The Bank agrees to lend to the Borrower, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the amount of EUR 18,000,000 (eighteen million Euro).

Interpretation. In this Agreement, a reference to a specified Article, Section or Schedule shall, except where stated otherwise in this Agreement, be construed as a reference to that specified Article or Section of, or Schedule to, this Agreement. The Bank agrees to lend to the Borrower, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the amount of forty million euros (EUR 18,000,000 (eighteen million Euro40,000,000).

Interpretation. In this Agreement, a reference to a specified Article, Section or Schedule shall, except where stated otherwise in this Agreement, be construed as a reference to that specified Article or Section of, or Schedule to, this Agreement. The Bank agrees to lend to the Borrower, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the amount of up to one hundred million Euro (EUR 18,000,000 (eighteen million Euro100,000,000).

The Bank agrees to lend to the Borrower, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the amount of EUR 18,000,000 15,000,000 (eighteen fifteen million EuroEuros).

The Bank agrees to lend to the Borrower, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the amount of sixty million six hundred and thirty thousand euros (EUR 18,000,000 (eighteen million Euro60,630,000.00).

In this Agreement, a reference to a specified Article, Section or Schedule shall, except where stated otherwise in this Agreement, be construed as a reference to that specified Article or Section of, or Schedule to, this Agreement. The Bank agrees to lend to the Borrower, on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in this Agreement, the amount of EUR 18,000,000 85,000,000 (eighteen eighty five million EuroEuros).
