Common use of Other charges Clause in Contracts

Other charges. The Borrower shall bear all charges and expenses, including professional, banking or exchange charges incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, implementation, enforcement and termination of this Contract or any related document, any amendment, supplement or waiver in respect of this Contract or any related document, and in the amendment, creation, management, enforcement and realisation of any security for the Loan.

Other charges. The Borrower shall bear all charges and expenses, including professional, banking or exchange charges incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, implementation, enforcement and termination of this Contract or any related document, any amendment, supplement or waiver in respect of this Contract or any related document, and in the amendment, creation, management, enforcement management and realisation of any security for the Loan.

Other charges. The Borrower shall bear all charges and expenses, including professional, banking or exchange charges incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, implementation, enforcement and termination of this Contract and the Project Implementation Agreement or any related document, any amendment, supplement or waiver in respect of this Contract and the Project Implementation Agreement or any related document, and in the amendment, creation, management, enforcement and realisation of any security for the Loan.

The Borrower shall bear all charges and expenses, including professional, banking or exchange charges incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, implementation, enforcement and termination of this Contract and the Technical Side Letter or any related document, any amendment, supplement or waiver in respect of this Contract Contract, the Technical Side Letter or any related document, and in the amendment, creation, management, enforcement and realisation of any security for the Loan.

The Borrower shall bear all charges and expenses, including professional, banking or exchange charges incurred in connection with the preparation, execution, implementation, enforcement preparation and termination implementation of this Contract or any related document, including any amendment, supplement or waiver in respect of this Contract or any related documentamendment thereto, and in the amendment, creation, management, enforcement management and realisation of any security for the Loan, if any as well as expenses of the Bank under Article 8.03.
