Prepayment Events. 4.03A(1) NON-UTILISATION OF THE LOAN In case that the whole or part of the Loan disbursed under this contract has not been utilized in accordance with Article 6 or 1.08C, the Bank may request the Borrower to immediately prepay the corresponding amount of the Loan together with accrued interest.
