Common use of Prepayment mechanics Clause in Contracts

Prepayment mechanics. Any sum demanded by the Bank pursuant to Article 4.03A, together with any interest accrued and any indemnity due under Article 4.03C, shall be paid on the date indicated by the Bank, which date shall fall not less than 30 days from the date of the Bank’s notice of demand.

Prepayment mechanics. Any sum demanded by the Bank pursuant to Article 4.03A4.03 (1), together with any interest accrued and any indemnity due under Article 4.03Caccrued, shall be paid on the date indicated by the Bank, which date shall fall not less than 30 thirty (30) days from the date of the Bank’s notice of demand. If, moreover, the Borrower prepays a Tranche on a date other than a relevant Payment Date, the Borrower shall indemnify the Bank in such amount as the Bank shall certify is required to compensate it for receipt of funds otherwise than on a relevant Payment Date.
