Data Protection. 26.1 The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that, if and to the extent that any data or information is accessed on any HAI system, or any data or information is hosted, processed, or collected on behalf of HAI for the purposes of the Agreement (collectively “HAI Data”), such HAI Data is, and will at all times remain, the property of HAI. The Supplier acquires no rights or interests in HAI Data under the Agreement. The Supplier will use commercially reasonable measures in accordance with industry security policies, standards and procedures, applicable Laws, and the sensitivity of HAI Data to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all HAI Data. Upon HAI’s request, the Supplier will provide HAI with a written summary of the Supplier’s security policies, standards and practices. In addition, the Supplier will comply with any specific data handling measures reasonably requested by HAI.
