DISPUTE RESOLUTION. 8.1. All disputes and disagreements that may arise between the Parties under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. 8.2 In case of inability to settle disagreements in the process of negotiations, the disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Indonesia.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. 1. The Customer agrees that any dispute or difference of opinion arising from and/or in connection with the implementation of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in an amicable manner. 2. Any dispute or difference of opinion that cannot be amicably resolved between the Customer and BCA shall be resolved by means of banking mediation at Bank Indonesia or the Financial Services Authority or by means of mediation through an Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution set out in the List of Alternative Dispute Resolution Institutions established by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). 3. Any dispute or difference of opinion that cannot be resolved in an amicable manner, by banking mediation, and/or by means of mediation as described in Point J.2 above shall be resolved through the District Court of Central Jakarta, without prejudice to BCA's right to file a suit or claim at any other District Court within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. 24.1 All disputes and differences of opinion arising in the implementation of this Agreement must be resolved first by deliberation to reach consensus between the Parties. 24.2 Futures Broker's office or branch office closest to the Customer's domicile where the settlement occurs in the event of a dispute.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. The Parties agree that in case of any conflict or dispute with regard to this Terms and Condition, including but not limited to the dispute or conflict concerning the existence, validity, exercise and performance of the Parties’ rights and obligations hereunder, the Parties shall, to the greatest extent possible, to resolve the same amicably within30 (thirty) days as of receipt by a party hereto of notice from the other party about the existence of such conflict or dispute.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Any disputes that arise according to or based on the provisions in the BizChannel@CIMB and Special KP will be resolved in the following manner: 1. As far as possible will be resolved by way of deliberation. 2. If it cannot be resolved by deliberation by the parties, it will be resolved through mediation in the banking sector in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
