TEKNIS TRANSAKSI FX / FX TRANSACTIONAL TECHNICAL a) Nasabah yang ingin menggunakan Fasilitas FX ini wajib menandatangani Formulir Instruksi FX Order serta Syarat dan Ketentuan Pembukaan Rekening ini (“Dokumen”). Seluruh Dokumen wajib diterima oleh Bank sesuai dengan batas waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bank. Jika Dokumen diterima oleh Bank setelah batas waktu tersebut, maka Bank berhak untuk menyatakan FX Order tidak sah dan tidak menindak lanjuti FX Order Nasabah. The Customer wishing to use this FX Facility is required to sign the FX Order Instruction Form and the Account Opening Terms and Conditions (“Documents”). All Documents must be received by the Bank in accordance with the time limit set by the Bank. If the Documents are received by the Bank after the deadline, the Bank has the right to declare the FX Order invalid and not follow up on the Customer's FXOrder.
