SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT 1.1 The subject of this Agreement is the right to receive Investment Income by the Investor for the Investment transferred to the Management Company in accordance with the procedure and under the terms of the Agreement. According to the terms of the Agreement, the Investor shall transfer the Investment Funds in the amount of: ( ) US dollars to the Management Company, in return the Management Company shall grant the Investor the right to receive Investment Income, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 1.2 The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the conditions under which the Investor provides the Investment for the benefit of the Management Company accepting it, in order to enable the Management Company to acquire, maintain, store, repair, improve, restore, reconstruct, adapt, modernize and/or exploit the Investment for further leasing to third parties.
