Common use of Commodity Warrants Clause in Contracts

Commodity Warrants. Market Disruption "Market Disruption Event" shall mean the suspension of or limitation imposed on trading on either any exchange on which the commodity or any of the commodities (in the case of a basket of commodities) are traded or on any exchange on which options contracts or futures contracts with respect to the commodity or any of the commodities (in the case of a basket of commodities) are traded if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, such suspension or limitation is material. The Calculation Agent shall give notice as soon as practicable to the Holders in accordance with Condition 10 that a Market Disruption Event has occurred.
