(ii) Admission to trading Application has been made for the Certificates to be admitted to trading on the SeDeX market of Borsa Ital- iana S.p.A. . The Issuer (also the "Market Maker") has undertaken to provide liquidity through bid and offer quotes in accordance with the market making rules of Borsa Ital- iana S.p.A., where the Certificates of each Series are expected to be listed. The obligations of the Market Maker are regulated by the rules of the markets organ- ized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and the relevant instructions to such rules.
