MALFUNCTIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THE SUPPLIER. In case of malfunctions of the Service provided by C1V Hosting for reasons attributable to the Server, interruptions of telecommunications connection, emergency repairs, force majeure, causes related to the Provider, the Supplier reserves the right to temporarily interrupt the Service for a time strictly necessary to operate the necessary restoration intervention. The malfunction is expected in a limited time of maximum 10 days per year. Under no circumstances can C1V Hosting be held responsible for disruptions due to the above malfunctions. C1V Hosting assumes no responsibility for all data entered, transmitted or otherwise processed by the Customer through the Service and reserves the right to take any initiative and action to protect its rights and interests including the communication to the subjects involved and to the judicial authorities of the data useful to allow the identification of the Customer. Unless otherwise agreed, C1V Hosting is not obliged to make any backup on content, information and data entered by the Customer or created by the same, unless otherwise expressly agreed in the Maintenance Service. The Customer undertakes to make a complete backup of the data, information, contents of the Service, processed through the Service and therefore to take all necessary security measures to safeguard them. C1V Hosting in no case can be held responsible for loss of data or damage suffered by the Customer or by a third party as a result of its work or as a result of suspension due to causes attributable to the same Customer or to force majeure (such as, by way of example and not exhaustive, to losses even permanent backup - where provided in the estimate - exclusively attributable to the third-party provider). During the suspension of the Service, for any reason, the Customer will not have access to the data and information and contents entered by the same or otherwise present within the Service. C1V Hosting assumes no responsibility for any ban (temporary or permanent suspensions) by third parties due to the inadequacy of the content provided by the Customer.
