MINIMUM NUMBER OF SECURITIES EXERCISABLE. If Securities are designated as "American Style" or "Bermudan Style" and a Minimum Exercise Number is specified in the relevant Terms, the Securities of such Series or Tranche may only be exercised in the Minimum Exercise Number or such multiples in which such Series or Tranche may be exercised in accordance with the relevant Terms.
