PROTECTION , CONTENTION. The invalidity or unenforceability of one of the clauses contained in these terms of sale, will not affect or decrease the validity or enforceability of the other provisions. GHISALBA S.p.A. and the BUYER undertake themselves as from now to replace those clauses ineffective and/or null, with new ones having the same peculiarity. Purchase orders/orders confirmation, even if stipulated with foreign companies or for goods supplied abroad, are regulated by the Italian Law.
