Common use of Purchase by BNPP in respect of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Purchase by BNPP in respect of Certificates. The Issuer may, but is not obliged to, at any time purchase Certificates at any price in the open market or by tender or private treaty. Certificates so purchased by the Issuer may be held or resold in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for the purpose of enhancing the liquidity of the Certificates, or cancelled.
