SOLVE ET REPETE. Per patto espresso tra le parti, qualunque contestazione fosse sollevata dal Cliente, non potrà sospendere l'obbligo di quest’ultimo di pagare alle date fissate le somme dovute, né gli altri obblighi assunti con il contratto.
SOLVE ET REPETE. 7.1 Ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui all’art. 1462 c.c., fino all’integrale pagamento di quanto dovuto a Save S.p.a. da parte dell’Acquirente, egli non potrà sollevare alcuna eccezione e/o contestazione volta a sospendere o ritardare il pagamento di quanto dovuto.
SOLVE ET REPETE. The Buyer will not be able to suspend or delay payment for the Products for any reason, including alleged faults or flaws therein, without - naturally - prejudice to the right to a refund when it can be demonstrated that a payment has been made unduly. The Buyer is authorised to use the Seller’s trademarks, names, or other distinctive signs for the sole purpose of distinguishing and advertising the Products thereof, but use of the aforesaid distinctive signs on the Buyer’s headed paper, advertising material, or on other material in any way aimed at third parties must be agreed with the Seller in advance in writing. The Buyer’s right to use the Seller’s trademarks, names, or other distinguishing signs will cease 180 (one hundred and eighty) days after the date on which the Parties enter into the last Sale Agreement. The Buyer will inform the Seller of any infringement of the Seller’s trademarks, names, or other distinctive signs which may come to its knowledge.
SOLVE ET REPETE. 10.1. Nessuna eccezione, contestazione o controversia inerente alla qualità della merce, a vizi o difetti, o a qualsiasi altro aspetto del contratto, salvo quelle di nullità, annullabilità e rescissione del contratto, sarà efficace e potrà essere presa in considerazione, e così pure nessuna azione potrà essere iniziata se non dopo l’avvenuto integrale pagamento del prezzo.
SOLVE ET REPETE. Il cliente non può sospendere o ritardare i pagamenti, neppure in caso di contestazione, reclamo, controversia o ritardo nella consegna, valendo la presente clausola come rinuncia alla facoltà di apporre eccezioni ai sensi dell’art. 1462 c.c.
SOLVE ET REPETE. The customer may not withhold or delay the payments, nor in case of objection, claim, controversy or delay in delivery, setting forth the present clause as a waive to the right to insert objections according to the art. 1462 of the Italian Civil Code.
SOLVE ET REPETE. ESCLUSIONE DALLA MANIFESTAZIONE
SOLVE ET REPETE. Il Cliente è tenuto sempre ad adempiere correttamente e diligentemente ogni obbligazione contrattualmente assunta, che non potrà rifiutare per nessuna ragione o motivo, neanche ai sensi del disposto di cui all’art. 1460 cod. civ., del quale, con la sottoscrizione del presente, rinuncia di avvalersi.
SOLVE ET REPETE. 15.1. Eventuali reclami o contestazioni non danno diritto al Cliente di so- spendere o ritardare i pagamenti.
SOLVE ET REPETE. Ai sensi di quanto previsto nell’art. 1.462 c.c., qualsiasi reclamo o contestazione non legittima l’acquirente a sospendere o ritirare i pagamenti pattuiti.
