Standard conditions. These conditions will be applicable to all 2012 consortium members only: Renewal base re-set: for each member the base of calculation will be a 2.75% discount on the 2012 invoiced amount for Elsevier journals and journal collections, inclusive of any fee and of print spent under contract and with the exception of Cell, Clinics and Seminars titles. Price increase and cancellation allowance: during the contract term a price increase of 4.5% will apply for every calendar year. Standard conditions. Contract clauses and conditions are fundamental and form a unique and inseparable context; any modification is valid only if agreed upon in writing.
