  • POS il Piano operativo di sicurezza di cui agli articoli 89, comma 1, lettera h) e 96, comma 1, lettera g), del Decreto n. 81 del 2001;

  • Regione Lombardia con DGR X/4676 del 23/12/2015 approva la “Disciplina dei profili formativi del Contratto di Apprendistato” e in particolare la Sezione 2) inerente la formazione di base e trasversale dell'apprendistato professionalizzante. La Provincia di Brescia, al fine di rendere l’offerta formativa pubblica relativa alla formazione di base e trasversale dell’apprendistato professionalizzante (ai sensi del D.Lgs. n. 81/2015 art. 44 e art. 47) coerente con le più recenti disposizioni nazionali e regionali (Decreto RL n. 4573 del 03/04/2019), predispone il presente Avviso inerente all’offerta formativa pubblica per l’apprendistato. È ammessa al finanziamento pubblico esclusivamente la formazione erogata dai soggetti accreditati per la formazione da Regione Lombardia ammessi al Catalogo della Provincia di Brescia per l’offerta dei servizi integrati per l’apprendistato Professionalizzante. Per “offerta formativa pubblica per l’apprendistato” s’intende la formazione erogata dagli operatori accreditati ed ammessi al Catalogo provinciale; è finanziabile attraverso risorse pubbliche esclusivamente tale offerta formativa, fruibile attraverso lo strumento della Dote Apprendistato. La Dote si configura come un insieme di risorse in capo all’apprendista/impresa per la fruizione dell’offerta formativa pubblica per l’apprendistato erogata da Operatori accreditati, finalizzate all’inserimento occupazionale, al miglioramento delle competenze, all’assolvimento delle attività previste dalle norme generali e dai relativi contratti di lavoro e dell’occupabilità nell’ambito di un percorso personalizzato. L’obiettivo degli Operatori è di erogare servizi alla formazione previsti dalla Dote e supportare le persone nella definizione e accompagnamento dei loro percorsi personalizzati. I servizi/moduli formativi che gli Operatori realizzano insieme alle persone sono formalizzati in un Piano di Intervento Personalizzato (PIP), nel quale è descritto il percorso formativo che la persona realizza, concordato con l’azienda e con l’Operatore. I soggetti coinvolti nella definizione del Piano di Intervento Personalizzato sono l’apprendista, l’azienda e il soggetto erogatore accreditato alla formazione e/o al lavoro (Operatore).
