Qlik warrants that, when used as authorized under this Agreement, (a) Qlik Cloud will perform substantially in accordance with the applicable Documentation, and (b) the Software will, for a period of ninety (90) days from its Delivery Date, operate substantially in accordance with the applicable Documentation.
Unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form, Qlik Product or Service subscriptions shall begin upon the Delivery Date and automatically renew for successive terms equal to the initial subscription period, unless either Party provides prior written notice of non-renewal to the other Party at least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the then- current subscription period.
