In the case of Warrants, in the event that a Settlement Disruption Event will result in the delivery on a Settlement Date of some but not all of the Relevant Assets comprising the Entitlement, the Calculation Agent shall determine in its discretion the appropriate pro rata portion of the Exercise Price to be paid by the relevant Holder in respect of that partial settlement.
The Settlement Date of the Securities (and therefore the tenor of the Securities) will vary depending upon the occurrence of the First Early Termination Event on the First Observation Date, or the Second Early Termination Event on the Second Observation Date, so that where neither the First Early Termination Event has occurred on the First Observation Date nor the Second Early Termination Event has occurred on the Second Observation Date the Settlement Date of the Securities will be 30 March 2016.
