Examples of Valuation Business Day in a sentence
In respect of each Series of Warrants described in these Final Terms, the period from, and including, the Issue Date to, and including, the relevant Final Exercise Date or, if the Final Exercise Date is not a Valuation Business Day, the immediately succeeding Valuation Business Day.
In that case, (i) that eighth Valuation Business Day shall be deemed to be the Valuation Date for the relevant Fund Interest notwithstanding the Market Disruption Event, and (ii) the Calculation Agent shall determine, in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner, its estimate of the price for the relevant Fund Interest that would have prevailed but for that Market Disruption Event as of the Valuation Time on that eighth Valuation Business Day.
If there is a Market Disruption Event in respect of any relevant Foreign Exchange Rate on a Valuation Date, the Valuation Date shall be the first succeeding Valuation Business Day on which there is no Market Disruption Event, unless there is a Market Disruption Event on each of the eight Valuation Business Days immediately following the Scheduled Valuation Date.
