License. 1. Subject to the User’s compliance with the terms of the Agreement, Software Cradle grants the User a nonexclusive license to use the Software in the Usage Location for the purpose of conducting the User’s business.

  • 規定の変更等 当金庫は、本規定の内容を、お客様に事前に通知することなく店頭表示その他相当の方法で公表することにより任意に変更できるものとします。 変更日以降は変更後の内容に従い取扱うこととします。 なお、当金庫の責めによる場合を除き当金庫の任意の変更によって損害が生じたとしても、当金庫は一切責任を負いません。

  • 収益分配方針 毎決算時に、原則として以下の方針に基づき、分配を行います。

  • 規定の変更 （１）この規定の各条項その他の条件は、金融情勢の状況の変化その他相当の事由があると認められる場合には、当行ホームページへの掲載による公表その他相当の方法で周知することにより、変更できるものとします。

  • 関係規定の適用・準用 1. この規定に定めのない事項については、普通貯金規定、総合口座取引規定、当座勘定規定等関係する各規定により取り扱います。また、これらの規定と本規定との間に齟齬がある場合には、本サービスに関しては本規定を優先して適用するものとします。

  • 規定の準用 この規定の定めのない事項についてカード規定に定めがある場合には、カード規定により取扱います。

  • 規定の適用 この規定に定めのない事項については、当金庫普通預金規定、総合口座取引規定、貯蓄預金規定および振込規定により取扱います。

  • その他 （１）お客様が個人的な案内・買い物等を添乗員・現地係員に依頼された場合のそれに伴う諸費用、お客様のけが、疾病等の発生に伴う諸費用、お客様の不注意による荷物紛失・忘れ物回収に伴う諸費用、別行動手配に要した諸費用が生じたときには、それらの費用をお客様にご負担いただきます。

  • 強制解約 契約者に次の各号の事由が一つでも生じた場合には、当組合はいつでも契約者に事前に通知、催告することなく、直ちに本規定に基づく契約を解除できるものとします。

  • 本規定の変更 1.当組合は、第 18 条に基づく他、必要に応じて本規定の内容および利用方法（当組合の所定事項を含みます。）を変更することができるものとします。本規定は民法に定める定款約款に該当し、本規定の各条項は金融情勢その他諸般の状況の変化その他相当の事由があると認められる場合には、民法の定型約款の変更の規定に基づいて変更するものとします。
