Introduction. 5.1. This Addendum cancels, replaces and supersedes the Addendum to Terms and Conditions for Stock Derivatives Trading (“Stock Derivative Terms”). Any and all Positions in stock derivatives which are open as of the effective date of this Addendum shall remain subject to the Stock Derivative Terms until closed.
