Disputes. This Arrangement does not create any rights or obligations under international law, nor will it be enforceable by either party under international law. Furthermore, the Participants jointly decide that they will not attempt to enforce the terms of this Arrangement in any domestic, third party, or international court or tribunal. Any disputes or disagreements with regard to interpretation of this Arrangement will be resolved jointly through mutual discussion, cooperation and decision or by separate agreement by both Participants.
Disputes. In the absence of mandatory rules of law to the contrary, the court in Supplier’s place of establishment has exclusive competent jurisdiction. Nevertheless Supplier will be entitled to submit any disputes to the competent court according to the law.

Disputes. Recor Bedding NVand the Customer undertake to apply the CEPANI Mediation Rules to all disputes that might arise from or relate to this agreement or any other agreement between Recor Bedding NVand the Customer. The seat of the mediation is located in Hasselt and the language of the mediation is the Dutch language. If the mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally settled under the CEPANI Rules of Arbitration by one arbitrator
