Applicability. The following terms and conditions govern orders and any other contracts relating to the delivery of goods or the performance of services between the supplier of goods or the service provider (hereafter "Supplier") and SCHOTT Pharma Brasil Ltda. (hereafter "SCHOTT") using these general terms and conditions. These terms are not applicable for construction, construction services or employment contracts. The general terms of business of the Supplier do not apply unless SCHOTT has agreed to them in writing with explicit reference to the terms of business of the Supplier.

(hereafter "SCHOTT") using these general terms and conditions. These terms are not applicable for construction, construction services or employment contracts. The general terms of business of the Supplier do not apply unless SCHOTT has agreed to them in writing with explicit reference to the terms of business of the Supplier.
Applicability. This Policy applies to all BRF Employees as well as any third parties either based in Brazil or abroad (collectively referred to as Persons). All Third Parties must ensure that any acts performed on behalf of BRF or related to any work, supply of goods or purchase of BRF products meet the same standards of integrity expected from BRF Employees.
