Selection criteria. Além disso, por meio dos documentos solicitados no " Processo de selecção", o proponente deve provar que é suficientemente capaz, tanto do ponto de vista económico como financeiro e técnico, de realizar este contracto público com sucesso.
Selection criteria. The contract will be awarded based on the candidates’ academic curriculum and technical skills. The ranking of candidates will be performed by a global evaluation of their scientific and curricular achievements (1 - 10 values): − Academic curriculum performance and experience relevant for both scientific areas considered in the points 2, 3 and 4 of this notice and the project work-plan, including participation in R&D projects – relative weight of 40%; − Scientific production, in terms of publications and number citations, in the scientific areas considered in the points 2, 3 and 4 of this notice – relative weight of 30%; − Experience in the organization of workshops and meeting with local stakeholders – relative weight of 10% − Involvement in activities of dissemination of scientific knowledge, such as seminars and outreach events, within the areas considered in the points 2, 3 and 4 of this notice – relative weight of 10 %; − Global appreciation of the motivation of the candidate in the field of research, taking into account the motivation letter and any other elements in the CV or references that can help in this regard – relative weight of 10%; The evaluation process may include an interview by video conference, for the top two candidates, with the only propose of clarifying aspects related to the research results, with a relative weight of 10% for the total score (previous evaluation with a relative weight of 90%). The candidate with the highest score will be offered the position. The jury reserves the right to not assign the grant depending on the quality of the applications. Dra.
