Waiver. The Bank may, for promotional purposes, waive or reduce some or any of your obligations contained in the Agreement for a limited time only provided that such waiver or reduction shall only apply if You satisfy the conditions of the promotion. The Bank shall have the right to choose not to enforce any of the provisions of the Agreement at any time and this shall not be construed as a waiver of any such provision and shall not affect the validity of the Agreement or any part thereof or Bank’s right to enforce any provision in accordance with its terms.
Waiver. Information om FBO’s aktivitet och ledarskapsprovisionskvalificering i verksamhetsområdet skickas (via en waiver) från Managers verksamhetsområde till andra verksamhetsområden. Detta för att undanta krav på dubbelkvalificering för att få utbetalning av nivå- och ledarskapsprovision i andra länder.
Waiver. No term of this Agreement will be deemed waived and no breach excused unless such waiver or excuse shall be in writing and signed by the Party issuing the same. Neither this Agreement nor any Order Form shall be dependent on Customer issuing a purchase order. Customer acknowledges that any purchase order is for its administrative convenience only and that Qlik has the right to issue an invoice and collect payment without a corresponding purchase order. Any additional or conflicting terms or conditions in any purchase order or other ordering documentation shall have no legal force or effect.
Waiver. Failure by either Party to enforce any provision of the PO shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision. All rights and remedies conferred under the PO or by law shall be cumulative, and may be exercised singularly or concurrently.
