NOTICES. The Customer shall immediately notify the Bank of any changes of its address in writing or in such manners as agreed by the Bank. In the event that the Customer fails to so notify the Bank, the Bank may mail all statements and other notices to the address of the Customer last known to the Bank. After the ordinary mailing time, such dispatch shall be deemed effectively served on the Customer in accordance with this Agreement.
NOTICES. CCB (Asia) shall be entitled to send any notice to me by prepaid post to my address last known to CCB (Asia). Any notice so sent by CCB (Asia) shall be deemed to have been received by me five (5) days from the date of posting. I must send or confirm any notice to CCB (Asia) by prepaid post to CCB (Asia)’s place of business. All notices or other communications sent by me to CCB (Asia) shall be deemed to have been delivered to CCB (Asia) on the day of actual receipt.
NOTICES. 17.1In the event of The Broker being required to give any reports, written confirmations, notice to, or make any demand or request of the Client or otherwise being obliged to contact the Client in connection with this Agreement notice (including Collateral) may be personally delivered, transmitted by post, telex or facsimile or by telephone or through Electronic Media in each case to the address or telex, facsimile, telephone numbers or email address set out in the Client Information Statement or otherwise as notified to The Broker in writing from time to time.

NOTICES. （ 24.1）A ny no tic e s , r e que s t s or o the r communications in connection with the Bidders Registration Form, Absentee Bids Registration Form, Telephone Bidding Registration Form and these Conditions (and the documents stated therein) shall be made in writing, and be delivered or sent to the address, fax number or e-mail address of the relevant Party(ies) as contained in the Bidders Registration Form (or such other address, fax number or e-mail address given by the receiving Party(ies) to the other Party(ies) 10 working days in advance).

(a) The Bank may use any contact information provided from time to time by the Customer and kept in the Bank’s records (including address, telephone number, email address and fax number) to send any notice, demand, announcements or other communication to the Customer in writing. Written notice, demand or other communication shall be deemed to have been duly sent to and received by the Customer

The notifications or notices given by the Company to the Seller pursuant to the Contract of Auction by Consignment and these Conditions, shall, if sent in writing or to the address, email address or fax number or by the Company’s client app (“Client App”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Contact Information”) recorded in the Contract of Auction by Consignment and these Conditions, be deemed lawfully given. In the event of a change in the Contact Information, the Seller shall promptly notify the Company in writing. The notices, demands or other communications provided for under the Contract of Auction by Consignment and these Conditions shall be given in writing and served at, or sent to, the Seller’s address, email address or fax number (or such other address, email address or fax number as communicated to the other Party by the recipient in writing 7 days in advance) recorded in the Contract of Auction by Consignment and these Conditions. The Company may also give or serve the aforesaid notices, demands or other communications through the Client App. A notice, demand or other communication given to the relevant Party in accordance with the aforementioned information shall be deemed to be served at the following times:

You agree that all notices from the Bank to you will be sent to the address left by you in the contract or to the address left by you in the credit card agreement Where there is any change to your address, you should immediately notify the Bank in writing or in a manner agreed, and you agree that all notices from the Bank to you will be sent to the changed address. NOTICES. 22.1 Any notice, demand or communication to be made or given by either Party under the Account Agreement will be in writing and addressed to the last known address, facsimile number, electronic mail address or such other contact address or number (as applicable) of the other Party.
