Common use of 00 - HOURS OF WORK Clause in Contracts

00 - HOURS OF WORK. Notwithstanding Article 14:01, the following provisions will apply to all Full Time Employees employed in ES and replaces the applicable sections in the Collective Bargaining Agreement: (1) (a) The Employer has the ability to implement eight (8), ten (10) or twelve (12) hour shift schedules for Primary Care Paramedics, Advanced Care Paramedics, Platoon Trainers, Equipment/Vehicle Technicians and the Lead Equipment/Vehicle Technicians. Regular hours of work for Full Time Employees will be eighty (80) hours bi-weekly, on a seven (7) day per week, twenty-four (24) hour per day rotation, and averaged over a twelve (12) week period. The regular work week shall be in accordance with a rotating schedule drawn up by the Employer.
