00 - SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 The employer being the Hastings and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx District School Board (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) (hereinafter referred to as “the Union,”) as the bargaining agent for all qualified Occasional Teachers employed by the Board in its elementary panel.
