01Conditions to the Closing Date. The obligation of each Lender to make the Tranche A-1 Terms Loans shall be subject to the delivery of a Borrowing Notice as required pursuant to Section 2.02 and the prior or concurrent satisfaction or waiver of each of the conditions precedent set forth below in this Section 6.01.
