100% Cost Estimate. The CONSULTANT will address AIRPORT comments from the 90% review and advance the Cost Estimate to the 100% complete stage. The CONSULTANT will provide hard copies of the final Plans, Specifications, and Cost Estimate to the AIRPORT. 100% Cost Estimate. The Consultant will utilize the 100% construction plans to develop final quantities for individual construction items and will then prepared an estimate of probable construction cost utilizing current unit prices based on FDOT and Escambia County recent (last 12 months) bid data, as available. A 5% Contingency will be utilized. At this point the estimate of probable costs should be within budget tolerance.
