Bid Data definition

Bid Data means the data and related information including the price that will be provided to a Supply Partner in response to a Bid Request that only includes Personal Data that is being used in accordance with all Applicable Data Protection Laws.
Bid Data means, for Non-Tolling In Front of the Meter Energy Storage Projects only, the Bid quantity(ies) and the time periods instructed by SCE for Seller to submit as Bids in the respective CAISO market(s) in accordance with this Agreement, including the Operating Restrictions, for designated Local Resource Constrained Days.
Bid Data means the Bid quantity (in MW) and the time periods instructed by SCE for Seller to submit as Bids in the respective CAISO market(s) in accordance with this Agreement for designated LRCDs.

Related to Bid Data

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
