1Confidentiality Obligations. Except to the extent expressly authorized by this Agreement or otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, during the Term and for [***] thereafter, the receiving Party shall keep confidential and shall not publish or otherwise disclose, and shall not use for any purpose other than as expressly provided for in this Agreement, any Confidential Information furnished or otherwise made known to it, directly or indirectly, by the other Party, and each Party shall keep confidential and shall not publish or otherwise disclose the terms of this Agreement except as permitted herein. Each Party may use the other Party’s Confidential Information only to the extent required to accomplish the purposes of this Agreement, including exercising its rights and performing its obligations under this Agreement.   • Confidentiality Obligations During the Term and at all times thereafter, neither party shall disclose Confidential Information of the other party or use such Confidential Information for any purpose without the prior written consent of such other party.
