1st Step Sample Clauses

1st Step. The Shop Xxxxxxx or full time Union Representative shall take the matter up with the Assistant Operations Manager or the Operations Manager, either with or without the aggrieved employee being present. If no agreement can be reached within five (5) working days the next step shall be taken.

  • Transaction Documents This Agreement, the Pubco Documents and all other documents necessary or reasonably required to consummate the Transaction, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Priveco, will have been executed and delivered by Pubco.

  • Ancillary Agreements This Agreement is not intended to address, and should not be interpreted to address, the matters specifically and expressly covered by the Ancillary Agreements.

  • Other transactions The transactions contemplated by the Sale and Servicing Agreement to be consummated on the Closing Date shall be consummated on such date.
