Aggrieved Employee. An employee who files a grievance must have a direct interest in the grievance in that the outcome of the grievance directly affects the employee’s own wages, hours or work conditions as set out and determined by the provisions of this Agreement. Each grievance shall be considered a separate matter and shall be handled separately and distinctly. Separate grievances shall not be arbitrated together, except by mutual written agreement of the City and the Chapter.
Aggrieved Employee. The aggrieved employee shall mean any full-time or part-time member of the bargaining unit, as certified, pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 447.307.
Aggrieved Employee. An employee or employees, including the Association or representative(s) thereof, making the claim(s).

Aggrieved Employee. The Administrator will send, by U.S. mail, a single Individual PAGA Payment check to every Aggrieved Employee who opts out of the Class Settlement (i.e., every Non-Settlement Class Member). Your check will be sent to the same address as in this Notice. If you change your address, be sure to notify the Administrator as soon as possible. Section 9 of this Notice has the Administrator’s contact information.
